KTHC has updated our current practices regarding operations during this time of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our patients and members is a core value and belief, and our hope is that we can see patients in the safest manner. As of now, KTHC is OPEN Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm and with new access rules, social distancing, and other guidelines that impact how occupants use the buildings are as follows:
- ALL patients must enter through the front entrance only.
- TEMPERATURE check will be performed on all patients at the front door.
- MASKS are mandatory for all patients and everyone must maintain social distancing.
- ONLY one other person will be allowed in the clinic with the patient.

Laboratory
- Routine Labs will check in at the registration desk.
- Lab Only (no doctor appt.) will pull up to the blue cones and call (405)964-2081 ext. 229.
COVID19 Testing – COVID Testing will be by appointment only. Please call (405) 964-2081 ext. 364 to schedule an appointment for COVID testing. Patients will report to the blue cones located on the Southside of the clinic for curbside COVID testing.
Dental – All dental patients are required to have a COVID19 test before their appointment. They will come to the blue cones and call (405) 964-2081 ext. 229 for their test. Once the swab is collected, the patient will go to registration and will be escorted to the dental waiting room. The lab will call COVID19 results to the dental office.
Pharmacy Curbside from 8 am – 5 pm.

- Must allow 2-3 business days to fill. If patients do not provide this lead time, the Pharmacy may not be able to accommodate your request and it will be the following week before medications are ready.
- Please call before coming to the clinic to make sure meds are ready.
