REFILLS

For prescription refills, call or email the Kickapoo Tribal Health Center pharmacy and be prepared to provide your prescription number, name and date of birth. You can also download the Rx2Go app and reaquest refill from that system. Please allow at least 48 hours for your refills to be completed.

Mission

The mission of the KTHC Pharmacy is to serve our community and to improve the quality of life by offering superior pharmacy services to Kickapoo Tribal Health Center beneficiaries seeking quality, compassionate, and innovative care.

Philosophy of KTHC Pharmacy Department

The pharmacy operates under the overall policies and procedures of the Health Program.  Drugs are stored, secured, prepared, dispensed, transported, administered, and discarded in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.  The pharmacy will attempt to meet the medical needs of the KTHC beneficiaries who utilize our clinic services by continually developing and revising pharmacy-related programs by ethical professional practices and legal requirements.  Emphasis on prevention of disease and promotion of good health in our patients will continually be a priority.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Please update any changes in address, phone number, and/or insurance with the pharmacy.  Updating with clinic registration will not update pharmacy records.

KTHC Pharmacy does not fill medications prescribed by physicians who do not work at KTHC with one (1) exception:  outside prescriptions will not be honored at our pharmacy unless the patient was referred by one of our providers to the prescribing doctor and medication is on our formulary.  

KTHC Pharmacy will not fill prescriptions for opioids or central acting analgesic medications (including hydrocodone, tramadol, codeine products) for chronic pain management for KTHC Providers or outside prescribers.
