The Public Health Department’s role is to empower the Kickapoo Tribal Community to achieve optimal health and wellness through culturally centered, holistic, and sustainable public health initiatives. By fostering strong community partnerships, addressing social determinants of health, and embracing both traditional and modern practices, our team strives to create an environment where every individual has access to quality care, health education, and resources needed to thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
